Gary McGowan is a dynamic business leader, tech innovator, and national trainer passionate about helping Entrepreneurs and Realtors build scalable, future-ready businesses. As Director of Business Development at Keller Williams Realty Centres and founder of Agent Innovation Inc., he blends technology, leadership, and mentorship to inspire growth across Canada’s real estate industry.
Known for his engaging speaking style and real-world training, Gary has coached thousands of professionals to leverage innovation without losing the human connection that drives success.
Outside of work, Gary calls West Kelowna home, where he enjoys life with his wife Michelle of 28 years and their three kids. When he’s not leading a workshop or filming a podcast, you’ll probably find him skiing Big White, mountain biking local trails, or playing a soccer match.
